The components that make up the wood-polymer composite can be divided into three main components: wood pulp, polymer (in our case PVC) and a complex of chemical binders. The basis of our products is always first-class wood and PVC from the best suppliers of raw materials, but ideal raw materials are not enough; an ideal formula is also needed, because the properties of the material produced at the output vary considerably depending on the change in the formulation of the mixing of the ingredients.

Our “ideal formula” is the result of many years of development and testing carried out by highly skilled SAVEWOOD technologists. In the course of our research, we have achieved a significant improvement in the material’s strength, temperature expansion and longevity. The formula was carefully worked out with a focus on the longevity of the material in the peculiarities of the diverse Russian climate, as well as on the ratio of wood and polymer in the composition, which preserves the “natural” appearance, the material is pleasant to the touch and even smells like real wood, but thanks to PVC in it is the most durable, non-flammable, water-resistant composition and not subject to rotting, aging and drying.
